The charming Fugazza Arredamenti Showroom hosted the collection “Metamorfosi del Marmo” by Chef Mancini during the presentation of the new project “Cooking Class” that will kick off next March.
On the second floor of the building, Paolo Bontempi has set up a real working kitchen where some Chefs will introduce neophytes and not, to the art of cooking with little, creating innovative recipes but authentic flavors in respect of quality raw materials.
To be able to admire the culinary creations of Chef Mancini together with the marble works he wanted and made by us, was as always, exciting. Art, Design and Functionality match perfectly in this combination of hard natural stone (such as White Carrara Marble) and, for example, the softness of chocolate pralines and soft coconut cakes.
Those who were present could enjoy a mix of marble sculptures and culinary art pleasing both the sense of sight and taste in an atmosphere of conviviality that finally we all found, toasting new successes with excellent autochthonous wines provided by the Bosoni Family Winery known worldwilde as “Cantine Lunae”
