Are the photos faithful enough to describe the product I will receive?

The images are purely indicative. Marble like all natural products has unique and unrepeatable colors and veins, therefore any variation of tone or other are things to be considered inherent to the very nature of marble.

We will send you some images of the product before it is shipped to you.

Can the dimensions indicated on the site differ from those of the products I will purchase?

The dimensions indicated may vary slightly as this is a hand-finished artisan product.

How can I get more details on the characteristics of a product?

You will find all the details and features on the product page, where you can view and download the technical data sheet with more information on the care and maintenance of marble and natural stone in general.

What should I do if a product is not available?

The word “SOLD OUT” will appear on the unavailable product. By clicking on the notification request you can enter your e-mail address and the desired quantity, we will contact you as soon as the product is available again.

These are artisanal products, the realization of which takes longer than those of industrial mass production. Contact us, we will always be happy to give you more details about our products, features and lead times.

Do I have to register to make a purchase?

No. You can make the purchase as a guest, although we recommend that you register so that you do not have to enter your details for each purchase and above all you can follow the status of your order, manage your favorites and much more.

I have not received any confirmation or shipment e-mails for my order.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

If you want to change your order, you can do it directly from your shopping cart. You can change the quantities, delete and / or add another product.

We can only cancel your order if it has not already been sent. If the order is already sent and you want to cancel it, you will have to wait for it to be delivered to you and make a return.

How can I track my order?

To find out where your order is, you must enter your Michelangelo Style profile and click on the “Orders” section to view its status.

Once the order has been sent, within 24 hours and in any case according to the terms indicated on the site (by day and time), we will send you an e-mail with some images of the product that we will send you. If we do not receive the order cancellation request within 24 hours, we will send the package and send you the tracking number.

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment it is possible to purchase our products through credit card payments and bank transfer.

I can pay with bank transfer?

Yes. Once the order is completed, you will have a period of 5 working days to make the transfer. As soon as payment is received, we will ship the order. The order number must be indicated in the reason for the transfer. If the payment is not received within the indicated period, we will cancel the order.

Can I make a return?

Yes, you will need to send a “Return Request” e-mail to info@michelangelo.style and follow the procedure we will indicate to you.

Are returns free?

Yes, after you have received the confirmation of acceptance of the return, we will reimburse you, through the banking procedure, the costs incurred by you for the purchase of these products, withholding the shipping costs. The return costs are at your expense.
